How Does the Athlete Training at FitRx Work?
FitRx utilizes custom strength and conditioning equipment designed by top strength professionals to create an unmatched training environment that produces unparalleled results. The training is designed to develop the overall strength and conditioning of the athlete. Each training session is designed and supervised by one of our elite performance coaches. Each session will begin with a dynamic warm-up followed by a joint mobility session to improve the movement of the athlete. The athlete will then complete a speed or agility session followed by strength development. Each session will conclude with a conditioning component to improve strength endurance and work capacity.
