Exercising can be Fun
At the suggestion that exercise can be fun, many Americans would reply, “I’d rather go to one of those fat farms!” Ok, in all seriousness, fat farms and weight loss camps make you exercise too. Exercising really can be a pleasant experience.
Do you have fun playing with your children? If you play outside with them, chances are you are exercising. Running after small children and playing with them can always mean exercise. Picking kids up and playing with them is exercising.
You can spend time with friends and exercise at the same time. How? If a group of friends who either want to lose weight or just get out of the house meets and goes walking together, that’s a great form of exercise! You can talk about the latest show you’re all into or the latest gossip. It’s still exercise if you are walking or jogging together.

Basketball burns a ton of calories when you play one-on-one. It is still really good exercise when more players are involved too. Volleyball is a fun summer sport that helps you burn calories to look great in a swimsuit. Speaking of swimsuits, if you like to swim, you will be pleased that even swimming for fun is still exercise!
